The Reykjavík Museum of Photography is located on the top floor of the same building as the Reykjavík City Library, featuring exhibition spaces and galleries with temporary short term and long term exhibitions ranging from a few weeks to several months.

Access for the disabled is good. Visitors can be dropped off and picked up directly outside the museum.
