Join yoga teacher and sound artist Arnbjörg Kristín Konráðsdóttir on Tuesday, 28 June, at 19:30 for an invigorating yoga walk around Viðey Island, followed by a refreshing gong relaxation session.

The walk will start with yoga exercises, breaths and stretches for all levels conducted in the great outdoors and end with the healing and beautiful tones of the gong instrument.

Attendees should dress according to the weather and bring suitable footwear. There's no need to get anything else, although it would be advisable for those taking part to bring a bottle of water.
People of all ages are welcome; no yoga experience is needed.

The ferry sails from Skarfabakki pier at 19:15. Return ferry tickets cost 1.950 ISK for adults and 975 ISK for children 7 – 17 years old accompanied by parents or guardians. 67+ and People with disabilities pay 1,775 ISK. Tickets are free for children six years and younger. All children need to be accompanied by adults. Holders of the Reykjavík Culture Card get a 10% discount, and holders of the City Card get a free ferry ticket.
